I don’t remember hearing about any Casey Janssen shoulder problems last season. However, I guess he was experiencing some lingering pain.
MLB.com is reporting that Janssen had right shoulder surgery on November 16th and is now is recovery mode. During the procedure, a small portion of Janssen’s clavicle was shaved down to relieve discomfort in his throwing arm. Janssen is expected to be ready to go by Spring Training (which can’t come soon enough!!!)
